Individual Hour

A one-on-one deep dive into nature that disrupts limiting patterns propagated by the hustle and grind of everyday life

    Private Pay

    Clients who are paying out-of-pocket can securely purchase services directly through our Squarespace website using a credit or debit card. This option is ideal for individuals who do not plan to use insurance or who prefer to self-pay.

    Insurance Billing

    If you would like to use your health insurance, appointments must be scheduled through our SimplePractice Client Portal. SimplePractice allows you to:

    • Verify insurance eligibility (when available)

    • Complete intake paperwork securely

    • Schedule appointments

    • Receive invoices and statements

    • Manage your client portal

    Please note that insurance coverage varies by plan. Verification of benefits does not guarantee payment, and clients are ultimately responsible for any copays, deductibles, coinsurance, or services not covered by their insurance plan
